Vehicle Phase A: forward cam on Kick (chat + tips), roof 360 on YouTube when wired, optional cabin / IRL / rear into the Captain Stream Cockpit. Dual Starlink + site hub. Same Command Center flips to boat cams for Phase B (Target window 2027+).
